Land and Rural Business Solicitor/Associate – Glasgow/Edinburgh/Perth

Exciting opportunity for a Solicitor/Associate to join this expanding Land and Rural Business Team to provide support across two offices. This is a varied and interesting role which will involve dealing with a full range of rural work. Your duties will include:

Advising on crofting issues and agricultural holdings legislation.
Dealing with the purchase and sale of estates and farms.
Contributing to marketing strategies and business development.

To be considered for this position you should have be at the 1-7 PQE level and have relevant experience. Although, applications from other candidates will also be considered. This is a full time position, however part time and flexible working arrangements will be considered.
