Senior Associate / Partner, Head of Conveyancing – Glasgow

Practice Area: business development, Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing
Level: Associate, Partner, Full Time
Section: Law Firm
Location: Scotland, Central Belt, Glasgow
Ref: FW9665

Our client, a full-service Law Firm, is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join its growing Property Team as Head of Conveyancing. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Partner to lead a well-established department of 30+ professionals, driving the continued growth and success of the firm’s conveyancing practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing, with proven experience in team leadership, supervision, and workflow management. You will manage a busy caseload independently while fostering collaboration and professional development within the team. A personal client following is not essential, but the ability to build client relationships and support business development is advantageous.

Based in Glasgow, this role also involves working closely with the Edinburgh office, with an expectation of one day per week in Edinburgh. This position suits a senior legal professional seeking a leadership role in a forward-thinking firm that values initiative, autonomy, and team success.
