An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a top-tier legal team as a Practice Development Lawyer in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

The role is ideal for an experienced lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE level, whether currently fee-earning or already in a knowledge-focused position, who is passionate about legal innovation and enjoys creating high-quality know-how, supporting transactional work, and delivering impactful training.

You will play an essential part in legal research, developing precedents, preparing client updates, supporting deals, and mentoring colleagues. Your insights will also help shape strategy, marketing, and business development initiatives. A deep understanding of the energy and transport industries, both in the UK and internationally, is essential, along with a proven ability to draft with precision, analyse complex legal issues, and communicate clearly.
