Our client, a highly regarded UK law firm is seeking a Legal Director or Partner to join its established and growing team in Edinburgh. With one of the largest and most experienced private client practices in the country, the firm offers a rare opportunity to work with a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, landowners, trustees, and family offices across both domestic and international matters.

The ideal candidate will bring at least seven years’ post-qualification experience and a strong track record in estate planning, wealth preservation, tax, and trust advisory work. The role involves advising on complex financial arrangements, succession planning, and cross-border issues, while working closely with colleagues in family law, tax, and probate to deliver joined-up, practical solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the firm’s Scottish private wealth offering, contributing to its long-standing reputation for clear, down-to-earth advice and exceptional client service.
