Solicitor, Personal Injury – Glasgow (Assignment 15532)

Our leading client is recruiting a solicitor to join its growing Personal Injury team in Glasgow.  The team provide advice across all aspects of personal injury law including litigated and pre-litigated matters. The successful candidate will have up to 1 year’s post-qualifying experience in personal injury work having completed a Traineeship in that area. Training and supervision will be provided if necessary.

Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer – Glasgow (Assignment 15568)

This prominent law firm excelling in civil litigation is in search of an associate or senior associate to join their well-established Glasgow practice. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years’ PQE at the associate level, with senior associate candidates expected to have at least 5 years’ PQE.

The team is interested in individuals with a solid foundation in litigation and a proven track record in clinical negligence cases. This is a full-time position and offers the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements along with a competitive salary package.

Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Remote (Assignment 15898)

Specialist litigation firm is seeking a qualified medical negligence lawyer to join its busy practice.  This position offers fully remote working.  Applicants must be experienced in litigation and have direct experience in medical negligence.  Ideally, applicants will have at least 2 years’ PQE in this area of the law, however candidates out this range of PQE with relevant experience are welcomed to apply. This post offers the opportunity to join a busy firm during an exciting period of growth and expansion.

Pursuer and Defender Insurer Litigation – Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 15891)

This forward-thinking law firm is currently recruiting for multiple Lawyers, specialising in insurance litigation, to join its growing team in Glasgow. The successful candidate can expect to handle a caseload of predominantly litigated, recoveries files and will also be asked to carry out Advocacy at procedural hearings, procedural hearings, debates and proofs.

The team is open to level of candidate from newly qualified to senior lawyers, ideally with experience in a similar role handling both pursuer and defender cases. The team require candidates who are confident in their own ability and willing to engage in public speaking. Previous experience of handling complex and sensitive claims would be beneficial.
