Location: Scotland, Central Belt, Glasgow
Ref: 6030

This innovative legal services business is recruiting an Associate Solicitor to join its growing Cyber, Data & Information Law (CDIL) team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist expertise in a rapidly evolving area of law, advising clients on cyber incidents, data breaches, regulatory investigations and wider data protection and privacy matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising businesses and private clients on data protection, privacy and information law matters, including cyber incidents and data breaches
  • Managing incident response matters, including regulatory notifications, stakeholder communications and engagement with regulators
  • Supporting policyholders and insurers on cyber, data and management liability claims, investigations and insured events
