This highly reputable Scottish law firm is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join its team in Ayr. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with the Director and Head of Department while managing a caseload of private client matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing a caseload of private client matters, such as executries and estate administration.
Drafting and reviewing Wills, codicils, and estate planning documents.
Advising clients on Powers of Attorney and incapacity planning.
Providing inheritance tax and estate planning advice.
Assisting clients with succession and wealth preservation planning.

Applicants should be qualified solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE, with strong experience in private client.

You will be joining a positive and engaged environment, with a dedicated paralegal supporting the department. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
