Associate/Senior Associate, Corporate Lending (Global Loans) - Glasgow

Our client, a leading international law firm is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Corporate Lending team in Glasgow. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate lending transactions, including complex multi-jurisdictional matters, working with major financial institutions and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

Drafting and negotiating finance documents
Advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
Coordinating deals to completion
Supervising junior team members
Building strong client relationships

The successful candidate will also contribute to business development and work closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas.

The ideal candidate will be at the 4 – 8 years’ PQE level and have strong banking and corporate lending experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and confidence in client-facing roles.
