This specialist commercial law firm is recruiting a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate transactions, advising innovative businesses, founders and investors at all stages of their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds, shareholder agreements and corporate restructurings
  • Supporting start-up and scale-up businesses on a variety of corporate and commercial matters
  • Assisting with cross-border transactions and complex corporate projects
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities

Applicants should have at least 1 year PQE gained within a corporate team. Candidates should be technically strong, commercially minded, and enthusiastic about working with entrepreneurial and fast-growing businesses. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and an interest in developing client relationships are essential.
