Our client, a leading UK law firm specialising in insurance litigation, is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its Defender Insurance team in Glasgow or Edinburgh.  The role offers exposure to complex litigation for major insurers, alongside excellent training, advocacy opportunities, and long-term career development.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of defender personal injury, motor, employer’s liability, public liability, fraud, regulatory, and cross-border claims. Responsibilities include progressing cases from pre-litigation through litigation, drafting legal documents, reviewing evidence, supporting senior solicitors, and delivering high-quality client service.

The team is open to candidates of all levels from NQ level upwards. Applicants should have experience in defender insurance or personal injury litigation, be confident managing a caseload, and possess strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
