Our client, a prominent and fast-growing law firm, is seeking a lawyer to join its Residential Conveyancing team in Glasgow. The firm is known for its strong client focus, collaborative culture, and continued growth within its property services.

This position sits within the New Builds team, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality service and maintain strong client relationships in an inclusive, team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing residential and new-build conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, part-exchanges, and discharges
  • Drafting, reviewing, and completing legal documentation, including title examination
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting junior team members and assisting the wider team as needed

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE, strong residential conveyancing experience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. An early 2026 Qualifier with conveyancing experience will be considered.
