A respected, long‑standing firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team in Lanarkshire. The firm offering a broad range of legal and property services across multiple offices. This is a fully office‑based role with strong opportunities for professional progression.

You will work within an experienced department supported by multiple paralegals and a trainee, managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
  • Provide clear, efficient, and client‑focused advice.
  • Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the conveyancing team.
  • Maintain high professional and compliance standards in all matters.

You will bring 2+ years’ PQE with strong residential conveyancing experience and confidence handling files independently. You will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client service, and the ability to contribute effectively within a supportive, well‑regarded law firm.
