An award‑winning UK law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy and well‑established property team in Glasgow. The team advises a diverse client base, including developers, institutional investors, lenders, corporate occupiers, local authorities, and registered housing providers.

In this role, you will work closely with Partners on complex and high‑profile transactions, while also managing your own matters with a strong degree of autonomy. The position requires excellent analytical skills, strong organisation, and a sound commercial understanding of the property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Partners on complex and high‑value real estate transactions and projects.
  • Manage your own caseload across a broad range of property matters.
  • Advise clients on investment and asset management, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, and estate management.
  • Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of real estate documentation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years’ PQE and strong experience across the full spectrum of real estate work. This is a full‑time position offering flexible working arrangements to support work–life balance.
