Our client, a family-run healthcare organisation with offices across the UK, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its In-House Legal Team. The role is primarily remote; however, the post-holder will be expected to attend the head office in Burnham, Buckinghamshire, one or two days per month.

Reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with Commercial Directors, the role involves managing acquisitions, property transactions, and financing arrangements from start to finish. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, overseeing due diligence, advising on transaction structures, and liaising with external advisors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified solicitor with a minimum of four years’ PQE, strong corporate M&A experience, and the ability to manage transactions independently. Expertise in UK corporate law and commercial agreements is essential, while experience in real estate and construction is advantageous.

Salary will be at a competitive level with a bonus.
