Experienced Family Lawyer - Edinburgh - FWA (Frasia Wright Associates)

A well-established Scottish law firm is recruiting an experienced family lawyer to join its long-standing and highly regarded Family Law team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, with a strong emphasis on complex separation and divorce matters, parental rights and responsibilities, and alternative dispute resolution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ PQE and be confident managing their own caseload independently, while contributing to a collaborative and well-connected team. You will benefit from the firm’s long-running Family Law Conference, strong interdepartmental relationships, and established links with professionals across Scotland and beyond.

The role is primarily based in the firm’s Edinburgh office, with flexibility for either full-time or part-time arrangements.
