Commercial Property – Jersey (Assignment 17897)

  • Advise on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including residential, litigation, and corporate support matters.
  • Manage transactions end-to-end, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development.
  • 4–6 years’ PQE (UK/Jersey/Commonwealth), strong drafting and client service skills; Jersey property experience desirable.

Interim Commercial Property – Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 17825)

  • Interim 3–4-month role handling telecoms and commercial asset management transactions.
  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Scottish commercial real estate; telecoms experience preferred but training available.
  • Full-time or hybrid position with flexibility and opportunity to grow in a dynamic, high-calibre environment.

Commercial Property – Edinburgh (Assignment 17818)

  • Join a growing firm’s commercial property team, working on investments, leasing, development, and renewables.
  • Open to solicitors at all levels (ideally 1+ PQE) with strong mentoring and partner support.
  • Offers competitive salary, bi-annual bonuses, and clear paths for progression.

Commercial Property – Edinburgh/Hybrid (Assignment 17802)

  • Manage a varied commercial property caseload within a reputable and expanding legal team.
  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE; strong technical and communication skills essential.
  • Full- or part-time role offering hybrid working, career development, and a collaborative culture.

Rural Land & Business (Renewable Energy Focus) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17846)

  • Advise landowners, developers, and investors on rural transactions, energy leases, and grid connections.
  • 2–6 years’ PQE; experience in rural, commercial, or energy law valued.
  • Join a leading rural team at the forefront of Scotland’s energy transition in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Energy Property – Edinburgh / Glasgow (Assignment 17851)

  • Handle energy and infrastructure property work including wind, solar, hydrogen, and battery projects.
  • 5+ years’ PQE with experience in energy-related property or major infrastructure transactions.
  • Work in a top international firm offering flexible working, diversity focus, and structured career growth.

Property & Infrastructure Disputes – Edinburgh (Assignment 17830)

  • Act on property litigation and construction disputes, including landlord/tenant, boundary, and telecoms matters.
  • 2–5 years’ PQE; strong research, advocacy, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Supportive, growth-oriented team offering court exposure and professional development opportunities.
