Residential/Commercial Property Lawyer – Dumfries (Assignment 17914)

• 5+ years’ PQE (maternity cover available)
• Manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion, including drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, transfers, and related documentation.
• Provide client advice, conduct due diligence, manage risk, and ensure compliance with AML, Land Registry, SDLT, and regulatory requirements.

Real Estate Partner – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 16577)

• 7+ years’ PQE
• Lead and develop a well-established Real Estate Team, advising on a broad range of matters including real estate finance, construction, investments, development, planning, and disputes.
• Strong real estate experience required; client following desirable but not essential, with the opportunity to drive team growth and business development.

Commercial Property – Glasgow (Assignment 18352)

• 5+ years’ PQE
• Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, site acquisitions, development, leasing, secured lending, and general real estate work.
• Provide commercially focused advice, build client relationships, support junior lawyers, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Senior Associate, Core Real Estate – Edinburgh (Assignment 18075)

• 5+ years’ PQE
• Handle a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, asset management, development projects, and corporate/finance support.
• Deliver high-quality client advice, supervise junior colleagues, and contribute to complex, high-profile property transactions within a leading team.

Commercial Property – Aberdeen (Assignment 18432)

• 4+ years’ PQE
• Manage a varied commercial property caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, and general property transactions.
• Provide practical, client-focused advice with strong communication skills, autonomy, and the opportunity to develop within a supportive and respected team.
