We are delighted to have completed the membership compliance exam requirement set up by our Governing Body, The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). REC is an important organisation for the professional recruitment market to ensure that we continue to deliver best practice to all of our clients and candidates. FWA gained top marks in the compliance exam highlighting our commitment to providing the best service possible to both candidates and clients.
