25K FOR FWA!!
As we are currently celebrating our 25th year, all the FWA team have committed to walking, jogging or running 25k per week in March to boost our well-being and fitness …and we are off to a great start!
Getting outside for our daily walk has become even more important this past year and we encourage employees to take time away from their desk and get some lunchtime fresh air! The benefits of walking include –
· Improvement in mood/mental health and general well-being
· Increase in productivity
