25K FOR FWA – COMPLETED!!

In March, as part of our 25th year celebrations all the FWA Team walked, jogged or ran 25km per week!  Everyone put in so much effort and we managed 903.36km between 7 of us.

Getting outside for our daily walk has become even more important this past year and we encourage employees to take time away from their desk and get some lunchtime fresh air! The benefits of walking include –

· Improvement in mood/mental health and general well-being
· Increase in productivity
· Stress reliver
· Planned time away for your desk
· Aids with weight loss
· Getting fresh air

We can all agree the above benefits applied and we will certainly be keeping this up!
