A leading offshore law firm is seeking a Senior Associate with 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience to join its Corporate, Finance, Funds and Regulatory team in Guernsey. This is a chance to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to high-value cross-border transactions and advising on a broad range of corporate and financial matters.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded lawyer with strong technical expertise and excellent drafting skills.
