Private Client Solicitor - Glasgow/Elgin - Frasia Wright Associates

Exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing Private Client team in Glasgow or Elgin. The team take great pride in providing exceptional services to their clients and are looking for like-minded individuals.

You will advise clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, executries, adults with incapacity matters and estate planning (to include inheritance and capital gains tax issues). Being STEP qualified and/or dual Scots/English qualified will be helpful although is not essential.

Ideally, you should have at least 3 years’ PQE, however other levels will be considered. You will be confident in meeting clients face to face and passionate in providing the highest level of service.
