Exciting opportunity to join a busy Dispute Resolution team within a leading law firm in Edinburgh. You will be involved in a range of litigation matters including drafting pleadings, attending consultations, taking statements, preparing case proofs and fatal accident inquiries.

To be considered for this position, you should have at least 4 years PQE; the team is keen to hear from candidates from a strong personal injury background (either from a pursuer or defender perspective). Previous experience of health and safety and fatal accident inquiries would be beneficial but not essential and training will be provided if required.
