• Sale and purchase transactions
• Remortgages and transfers of title
• Private client‑related matters such as wills and powers of attorney
• Discharges of standard security and equity release work
• Acting in accordance with the firm’s values by delivering excellent client care and working collaboratively

The firm is looking for a newly qualified solicitor with a solid grounding in residential conveyancing and a genuine commitment to providing a high standard of client service.
