This is a varied and interesting role where you will advise on a range of construction projects, building and engineering contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and the construction aspects of agreements for lease, development agreements and funding agreements.
To be considered for this position you should have between 1 – 2 years’ PQE and have transactional construction experience. A newly qualified solicitor who gained relevant construction experience during their traineeship would also be considered.
