This leading international law firm is recruiting a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate to join its growing Corporate Transactions team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, with a particular focus on private M&A, while advising clients across a variety of sectors including technology, private equity, financial services, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on private M&A transactions, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and other corporate matters
• Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, including SPAs, disclosure letters and equity documentation
• Managing transaction workstreams and working directly with clients, counterparties and advisers throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional teams while supporting business development and client relationship initiatives

Applicants should have at least 4 years’ PQE level in corporate transactional work, ideally gained within a recognised corporate practice. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing client relationships, and supporting or leading transactions. Strong communication, commercial awareness and organisational skills are essential.
