Residential Conveyancing – Ayrshire

Practice Area: Residential Conveyancing
Level: Associate, Full Time
Section: Law Firm, 2 YEAR, 7 YEAR, 4 YEAR
Location: Scotland, Ayrshire
Ref: FW9963

This well‑established Ayrshire law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy office. This is a unique opportunity to step into a key role within a successful practice, with a strong local reputation, loyal client base and the opportunity to take over the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
  • Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including missives, title examination and registration
  • Advising clients on property sales, purchases and transfers
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships within the local community
  • Supporting the ongoing running and future development of the practice

Applicants should have 3+ years’ PQE and a solid background in residential conveyancing. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload independently and delivering a high standard of client service. Experience in private client work would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role would suit a motivated solicitor seeking autonomy, flexibility and a long‑term opportunity, with the prospect of gradually taking on the ownership of a small but well established firm. The current owner is open to providing support during the transition, making this an ideal opportunity for someone interested in stepping into a practice ownership role over time.

If this role sounds of interest, please contact Cameron or Teddie for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 18420)
