Our client is currently seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to manage a caseload of Credit Hire and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) matters from pre-litigation through to litigation in the Scottish courts. You will work independently while providing clients with clear advice and achieving successful outcomes through negotiation or court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of Credit Hire and RTA litigation matters from pre-litigation to resolution.
  • Preparing and conducting litigation in the Scottish courts, including drafting pleadings and court documents.
  • Advising clients, assessing prospects of success, negotiating settlements, and providing regular updates.
  • Gathering evidence, maintaining accurate case records, and ensuring compliance with court procedures.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Scottish Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE and have experience in Credit Hire, RTA, or personal injury litigation. Strong client care, organisational, and communication skills are essential.
