Real Estate Solicitor – Glasgow

Practice Area: Commercial Property, English Commercial Property
Level: Assistant, Associate, Full Time
Section: Law Firm
Location: Central Belt, Glasgow, Scotland
Ref: FW9900

This leading UK law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join a high‑performing property team based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large‑scale, high‑value transactions with a strong cross‑border element, particularly under English law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and development projects
  • Supporting complex English law deals across sectors such as residential, student accommodation and care developments
  • Working closely with partners and senior colleagues on significant, high‑value transactions
  • Managing elements of your own caseload while contributing to wider team matters
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting ongoing transactional work

Applicants should have 1–5 years’ PQE, ideally with dual qualification (Scots and England & Wales), although this is not essential for strong candidates with relevant experience. You should have a solid grounding in real estate work, with an interest in cross‑border transactions and development projects.

You will be joining a successful and growing team with a strong pipeline of quality work, offering excellent exposure, close partner support, and clear opportunities for progression.

If this role sounds of interest, please contact Teddie or Cameron for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 18371)
