This well established Scottish law firm is seeking a Property Solicitor to join its busy team in Ayr. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied mix of residential and commercial property matters within a supportive and growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
Drafting and negotiating missives, examining title, and reporting to clients and lenders
Acting on sales, purchases, remortgages and related property matters
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

Applications are welcome from NQ up to Senior Associate level, ideally with both residential and commercial property experience. Candidates should have a proven track record of handling the full conveyancing process under Scots law, with strong organisational and communication skills.
