This well established Scottish law firm is seeking a Property Solicitor to join its busy team in Ayr. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied mix of residential and commercial property matters within a supportive and growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Drafting and negotiating missives, examining title, and reporting to clients and lenders
  • Acting on sales, purchases, remortgages and related property matters
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
  • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

Applications are welcome from NQ up to Senior Associate level, ideally with both residential and commercial property experience. Candidates should have a proven track record of handling the full conveyancing process under Scots law, with strong organisational and communication skills.
