An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate with 2–4 years’ PQE to join a leading transactional team in London.

This role offers exposure to high-quality, cross-border mandates across a variety of sectors, including public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic projects.

You will work on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions for global clients, developing your expertise within a team recognized for its sector knowledge and international reach. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain significant experience in major corporate transactions and cross-border work for blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a range of corporate transactional and advisory matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client pitches.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Participate in thought leadership activities to raise the firm’s external profile.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver exceptional client service.

Candidates should have strong experience in corporate transactional work and be able to work with a degree of independence when appropriate. Excellent drafting skills, legal research ability, and commercial awareness are essential. A strong academic background and the ability to manage projects effectively within a team environment are also required.

A proactive approach to career development, strong communication skills, and an innovative mindset with an interest in technology are essential.
