Private Client Solicitor - East Lothian - FWA (Frasia Wright Associates)

This well-established Scottish law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in East Lothian. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive private client department with a strong and varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on wills, powers of attorney and executry administration
Assisting with succession planning, trusts and related private client matters
Managing your own caseload and building strong client relationships
Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service

Applicants should be qualified solicitors from newly qualified level and upwards, with an interest in private client work. Previous experience in wills, executries and powers of attorney would be advantageous, although the firm is open to considering candidates at varying levels of experience.

The firm offers a supportive working environment, quality private client work, and hybrid working arrangements. Candidates will be expected to attend the East Lothian office at least two days per week.
