A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking legal firm as a Conveyancing Solicitor, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a hybrid working model and a supportive, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, and title transfers, from instruction through to completion. You’ll work closely with a dedicated paralegal and receive administrative support from a wider legal team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

This role offers autonomy in handling cases, with guidance available from senior colleagues when needed. The firm places a strong emphasis on professional development and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to grow alongside the business.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of experience in residential conveyancing, a solid understanding of Scottish property law, and excellent communication and organisational skills. A client-focused approach and attention to detail are essential.
