Disputes Associate/Senior Associate – Scotland (Assignment 15239)

We are delighted to have been instructed on this new Dispute Resolution role with our client, a full-service international law firm. The firm is currently seeking an associate/senior associate to join its leading Infrastructure, Construction & Energy Disputes team (ICE); the post can be based in either Aberdeen, Glasgow or Edinburgh.

The post-holder can expect to advise on a broad range of energy, construction and engineering disputes and will be largely involved in the team’s business development activities. To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor between 1-8 years PQE with solid experience of contentious construction (energy) and dispute resolution. Previous experience of project management is desirable however not essential.

This is a full-time position and a great opportunity to work closely with a variety of different partners and associates and develop new skills within this area of law.

Senior Commercial Property Lawyer – Aberdeen (Assignment 15231)

We have been instructed on this senior property role with our client, a full-service law firm with offices scattered across Scotland. The firm currently has a need for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join its busy office in Aberdeen.

To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE and have extensive knowledge of commercial property.

Solicitor-Partner level, Rural/Commercial Property – Aberdeen (Assignment 15470)

We are delighted to have been instructed on this senior level Commercial Property role with our client, a full-service law firm with offices across Scotland. The firm currently has a need for a qualified lawyer to join its busy Commercial Property/Rural team in Aberdeen.

This is an interesting position, and the successful candidate can expect to handle a diverse caseload of complex property matters with a focus on rural and agricultural work.

The team is open to level of candidates up to Partner level; at least 3 years previous experience working in commercial property is essential. This is a full-time position with hybrid working options available.

Commercial Property Solicitor – Aberdeen (Assignment 15471)

We are delighted to have been instructed on this Senior Property role with our client, a full-service law firm headquartered in Aberdeen. The firm currently has a need for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join its busy office in Aberdeen on a full-time basis.

This is an interesting position, and the successful candidate can expect to be involved in a diverse caseload of property matters including property and development work, acquisitions of land for both residential and commercial developers, the sale of purchases of commercial properties and funding agreements.

To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE with extensive knowledge of commercial property. Interested candidates who are currently at Partner level are also encouraged to apply.  This is a full-time position with hybrid working options available.

Private Client Solicitor – Aberdeen/Deeside (Assignment 15039)

Due to the continued success and expansion of our client’s private client practice, this firm is seeking a qualified solicitor to join this busy team.  This role will involve all areas of private client work including wills, executries, powers of attorney and estate planning. This firm has several offices across Aberdeenshire, and offer hybrid working.

The firm is open to level of candidate and will also consider NQ’s who have completed a training seat in this area of law. Previous experience of trusts would be desirable but is not essential.
