We are pleased to be working with Miller Samuel Hill Brown on this high-profile appointment to join the Employment Team headed up by Marie Macdonald.

You will join a fantastic team known for their friendly hands-on approach with acknowledged expertise in employment law and you will have excellent exposure to a broad range of high-quality matters, including HR advisory, tribunal litigation, regulatory proceedings, data protection issues, contracts, policies and procedures, discipline and grievance and discrimination law. You will primarily deal with businesses and senior individuals and act on behalf of both employees and employers on contentious and non-contentious matters.

You will be responsible for a variety of employment matters across a range of sectors, developing and maintaining client relationships, providing advice on day to day employment law issues and acting in the defence and pursuit of employment tribunal litigation.

The successful candidate will have around 3 years’ PQE in employment law with a strong interest and experience in dealing with all employment law matters. You will also be commercially minded, able to work as part of a team, think creatively and bring new ideas to the firm.
