If you have a passion for commercial property and have experience in all mainstream areas, then this position might be for you.  This role can be Edinburgh or Glasgow based and brings full exposure to commercial property work for a spread of clients including investors, developers, banks, landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Firm in its intention to continually grow and develop the practice in all areas.
  • Understanding and implementing the Firms’ approach to excellence so as to provide excellence of service to all clients.
  • Taking a pro-active approach to the work carried out for clients and seek to build long-term relationships with them to develop a real understanding of their needs and environments.
  • Be alert to any problems experienced by clients and react positively to these.
  • Taking responsibility for noticing client care problems and for solving these.

You will have between 5 – 15 years’ PQE and be able to provide a quality service to clients, principally in the sale and purchase of commercial property, commercial leasing, development work, security transactions and general commercial conveyancing advice and information.
