We have been instructed on a role with our client, a leading Scottish-headquartered UK law firm. This dynamic team is currently recruiting for an experienced solicitor to join its busy planning and environmental team based in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will advise on projects in the energy sector, environmental consenting, and other development matters. You will also carry out legal reviews of EIA reports and assist with contentious matters including appeals, hearing and public inquiry processes.

The team is seeking candidates at the 4 years’ PQE level and above, ideally with previous experience in planning, consenting and environmental law while experience of working in the energy sector would be an advantage.
