A well‑established legal practice is seeking a motivated Family Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post‑qualification experience to join its busy and growing family law team in Glasgow. The team advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, child contact and residence, financial provision, and mediation.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of family matters within a supportive environment that encourages professional development and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload across all aspects of family law
  • Advising clients with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
  • Conducting negotiations and representing clients as required
  • Drafting correspondence, court documents, and legal agreements
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic and experienced team
