This firm is currently recruiting an additional Lawyer to join its Employment Team in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Inverness. This is a professional and friendly firm and it is seeking a Lawyer to advise on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment matters. While applications are welcomed across all three locations, Edinburgh is the preferred location.

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of your caseload and collaborating with the team on intricate cases.
  • Providing exceptional care and support to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, including client verification.
  • Engaging with clients both in person and remotely, and represent them in tribunals and court proceedings as necessary.

To be considered for this position, you should have experience in employment law or possess previous tribunal experience or a solid litigation background. The firm is keen to hear from candidates with 6+ years’ PQE and strong employment law experience, although experienced litigators looking to develop a career in employment law will also be considered. A strong interest in advancing your career within employment law is essential. The firm welcomes applications from candidates seeking flexible, hybrid or part-time working arrangements, including those returning to practice following a career break.
