Our client, a well-regarded Scottish law firm, is seeking a Corporate Finance Lawyer to join its market-leading team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role will involve advising domestic and international companies, as well as institutional investors, on a broad range of corporate transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and leading mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions.
  • Advising corporate and institutional investor clients.
  • Collaborating with specialists across a range of legal disciplines.
  • Contributing to client relationship management and business development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years’ PQE and strong corporate transactional experience. They will work on high-value deals across a variety of sectors, including technology, life sciences, energy, and food & drink. The position offers exposure to complex and high-profile matters, alongside close collaboration with specialists across multiple practice areas.
