An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, an independent UK law firm, which is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Construction & Engineering practice in Edinburgh. The team of contentious construction specialists supports clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy, transport, utilities, real estate, and infrastructure.

You will advise on a wide range of complex matters, drawing on extensive experience across various dispute resolution methods, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, mediation, and industry-specific procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE (registered with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland), with proven experience handling complex, high-value construction disputes and a solid understanding of various dispute resolution methods. You should be capable of managing a demanding and diverse caseload, with experience in mentoring others, overseeing matters effectively, and contributing to business development.
