Banking and Finance Solicitor – Edinburgh

This successful firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Banking and Finance Team in Edinburgh. The team advise on a wide variety of transactional and banking advisory work, including real estate finance, fund finance, corporate funding, leveraged finance and acquisition finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Advising on banking issues which includes drafting or negotiating loan and security documentation.
Drafting of legal research and papers.
Managing transactional work and working with other Practice Areas on multi-disciplinary matters.
Business development.

To be considered for this position you should be at the associate/senior associate level and have relevant experience. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career in this area.
