Our client, a leading UK Law Firm, is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Real Estate practice in Glasgow. The team provides advice on high-profile Scots law investment and development transactions across various sectors, including offices, the Living Sector, industrial, and retail.

The role will be based in Glasgow and will involve collaboration with teams in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. You will play a key role in major projects and high-value cross-border deals, as well as managing your own independent transactions for Scottish and London-based clients operating in Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years’ PQE with proven experience in Scottish real estate transactions and a strong understanding of Scots real estate law. A strong focus on client service and delivery, combined with a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the property industry, is essential.
