A well-established Scottish Law firm is currently presenting an exciting opportunity for an accomplished senior associate with expertise in real estate. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to renewable energy transactions based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The role entails contributing to a variety of projects including wind (offshore and onshore), hydro, solar, hydrogen, and more. The candidate will actively participate in diverse initiatives, such as the UK’s inaugural vertical space launch and a substantial onshore wind farm in Yell, Shetland.

Core tasks involve advising on property aspects of renewables developments, engaging with innovative technologies, and contributing to large-scale, high-value projects. To include, advising on buying and selling renewable developments at various stages, as well as dealing with both rural and commercial development on rural land.

Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in a property-related role and demonstrate prior experience in renewable energy transactions.
