This leading UK law firm is recruiting a Pensions Associate to join its highly regarded team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a market-leading pensions practice, advising trustees and employers on a broad range of pension scheme matters while developing specialist expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising trustees and employers on defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes
  • Supporting clients on a wide range of pensions advisory matters, including scheme governance and regulatory issues
  • Assisting with matters involving master trusts, insurance products and pension risk transfer arrangements
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

Applicants should have 2–5 years’ PQE, ideally gained within a recognised pensions practice. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in pensions law, strong technical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. A commitment to client service and business development is also important.
