Senior Employment Lawyer – Glasgow/Edinburgh

Our client, a fast-growing law firm, is currently looking to recruit a senior Employment Lawyer to join its team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

The role will involve a mix of high-value advisory work, contentious employment matters, client relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of employment law issues, including:

  • Negotiating executive service agreements
  • Drafting employment contracts
  • Disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Unfair dismissal claims
  • Performance management
  • Absence and capability issues
  • Redundancy exercises
  • Preparing witness statements
  • Instructing counsel
  • Restructuring projects
  • TUPE transfers
  • Whistleblowing concerns
  • Discrimination and harassment complaints

The team is keen to speak with lawyers with at least 8 years’ PQE/Legal Director/Partner level, who have extensive knowledge of employment law.
