Senior Corporate Solicitor - Inverness - FWA (Frasia Wright Associates)

Our client, one of Scotland’s leading full-service law firms, is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its busy and growing team in Inverness.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value corporate matters, including:

Leading corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, business sales, and investment deals.
Advising clients on company structure and governance matters, including shareholder arrangements and directors’ duties.
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements to support business operations and growth.
Providing strategic legal advice to a diverse business client base while developing and maintaining key client relationships.
Supervising junior lawyers and managing transactions from inception through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ PQE and a strong background in corporate law. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Scotland’s largest law firms and work with a varied client base, including family-owned businesses, institutions, corporate entities, charities, and private individuals across the UK and internationally.
