A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its highly regarded team in Glasgow.

The role involves advising on a wide range of employment law matters, including HR advisory work, employment tribunal litigation, and support on corporate transactions such as M&A and outsourcing. You will work with an impressive portfolio of clients across sectors like retail, transport, and hospitality, as well as contribute to global projects alongside colleagues in other jurisdictions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with around 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to broaden their expertise and gain exposure to high-quality, complex employment work. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to thought leadership within the practice.

The team operates as a single unit across multiple UK offices and collaborates closely with other departments, providing a diverse and stimulating workload. The firm offers a supportive environment with strong prospects for career progression, as well as a commitment to inclusion, diversity, and flexible working. This permanent position also offers a hybrid working arrangement.
