Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join its respected team in Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking practice advising clients on a broad range of family law matters.

The role is suited to a solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE who is confident managing a varied caseload independently. You will advise on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial provision on divorce, separation, cohabitation claims, child law (both domestic and international), adoption, and pre-nuptial agreements. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in court, prepare legal documentation, and provide practical, sensitive advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of family law, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy. A proactive, client-focused approach is essential.
