• Lead the firm’s established Private Client team, advising on wills, trusts, executries, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax.

• Minimum 6 years’ PQE with strong private client and managerial experience handling complex and sensitive cases.

• Excellent leadership, strategic, and client relationship skills essential; role based in Aberdeen (Edinburgh or Glasgow considered).

Real Estate (Rural) – Aberdeen (Assignment 17227)

• Join a leading Rural Business team advising on estates, farms, forestry, renewable energy, and agricultural holdings.

• Roles available at NQ–3 years’ PQE and 4+ years’ PQE, with progression opportunities and exposure to high-quality rural clients.

• Requires strong communication skills, sector interest, and ability to manage transactions; senior role involves independent client delivery.

Banking Associate – Aberdeen (Assignment 16890)

• Work within the Corporate and Leveraged Finance Team on acquisition finance, corporate lending, and fintech transactions.

• Responsibilities include drafting/negotiating contracts, advising on finance deals, and collaborating with UK-wide teams.

• Ideal for candidates with 3–6 years’ PQE in banking law; fintech experience advantageous but not required.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Aberdeen (Assignment 17214)

• Join a respected Aberdeen firm handling residential property sales, purchases, and client negotiations.

• Open to solicitors from NQ level upwards; opportunity to contribute to a growing and collaborative team.

• Offers competitive salary, strong client engagement, and clear career progression.

Employment – Aberdeen/Edinburgh/Inverness (Assignment 13999)

• Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a professional, friendly firm across multiple offices.

• Minimum 4 years’ PQE with tribunal or litigation experience; manage caseloads and represent clients in proceedings.

• Flexible and hybrid working options available; client care and compliance focus essential.

Commercial Property – Aberdeen (Assignment 13391)

• Handle leasing, acquisitions, disposals, developments, and property finance for a diverse commercial client base.

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE; opportunity to work on renewables and infrastructure projects within a collaborative team.
