As Sunday, 10th October, marks World Mental Health we would like to highlight a charity close to our hearts which we are proud to support, YoungMinds. YoungMinds is the UK’s leading charity committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. Young people’s experiences are the most important tool in changing mental health practice and opinions. They work with young people everyday to campaign for improved mental health care and better services, put pressure on stopping further funding cuts and reduce the stigma that surrounds mental health by raising awareness online and in the media.
FWA have signed the Mental Health in Recruitment ‘Awareness to Action’ Pledge, FWA pledge to change how mental health is viewed, supported and talked about in our workplace.

FRASIA WRIGHT CELEBRATES COMMITMENT TO REAL LIVING WAGE We have today accredited as a Living Wage Employer. Our Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at Frasia Wright Associates receive a minimum hourly wage of £9.90 in the UK, significantly higher than the government minimum for over 23s, which currently stands at £8.91 per hour. We recently gifted our employees with branded Travel Mugs from Fluid Branding, in turn they planted a tree on our behalf. The mugs have went down a treat with everyone, and they are made from eco recycled materials too!
